Definitely Brendan!Brendan is gorgeous, handsome, lovely! It has a wonderful meaning. I don't think it sounds girly or sissy AT ALL! It has all the ruggedness of Brandon, with a touch of sweet sensitivity.Brayden is an ugly trendy smushMy little cousin is named Brendan Paul, which I think it lovely.

Brendan. Brayden has become way too popular with my friends and family, and i personally know about 4 of them. If you want to keep more traditional middle names:

neither... yuck... they have sissy written all over them (and I'm not even one who's into the whole macho boys' names, but both of these are prepy trendy names that have been way overdone... and seem almost girly)
