I'm not big on alliterative combos, but Edgar Elliott is far from awful. I'm not in love with Edgar, but I adore Elliott. I'd be terribly happy to meet a little Edgar, though. :b But I just think I see it and realize I love other Ed- names more, like Edmund, Edward (though I do like Edgar between than Edwin, I think).

As for your other names, Emily, Sarah & Christopher stick out as being so overused, classic, and popular, while Rilla, Noam and Edgar seem to go together better.
