I think you can pull it off as mn, not so much as a fn. It's very 1920s-ish, I automatically picture a flapper when I hear it!

Jacqueline Beulah is the first thing I think of because of That 70's Show. :)

I think Beulah is kind of cool as a middle name. I wouldn't like it as a first name though.
