Again, Which way to pronounce Sidonie?(M)
Out of these two, which sounds better? sea-DOh-nee or sid-DOH-nee?

I don't really see the difference either and my French lessons lay a while back, but I guess they'd pronounce it sid-O-nee. The "see" in the beginning isn't especially stretched or something.

It depends where you hail from. I think Sea is more Euro-sounding, and Sid more western sounding.
Fair enough, but with the accent on the second syllable, there is not really any difference for me.
