It would be pronounced ZEE-do-nee or see-do-NEE.....I know one who pronounces it ZEE-do-nee, her full name is Sidonie Katja (KUHT-ya). think it's okay. Nothing special but quite interesting. Huge problem in English speaking countries: people might pronounce it like Sidney/Sydney and think it was a very creative spelling.

My best guess would be SI-doh-nee or SEE-doh-nee but idk for sure. I don't care for it. I know it's a real name in it's own right but it looks like a trendy spellng of Sydney imo.

I say si-DOH-nee, but it's actually more like si-doh-NEE. It's okay, I don't like it but I don't hate it.

I believe it's supposed to be prn like Sidney. It was a somewhat popular name for girls in the Elizabethan era and Sidney was a common alternative spelling. Personally, I hate it, but I despise Sidney for girls like nobody's business. I suppose Sidonie is rather more tolerable.

I pronounce it SIH-doh-nee. I like how sih-doh-NEE sounds, but it sounds awkward when put with MNs.

These all sound fab to me. But when pronounced sih-doh-NEE, the same MNs sound all wrong.

I would say si-DOH-nee unless/until otherwise corrected.

I can understand the appeal, but I don't like it. It sounds too much like trendy, insubstantial Sydney-on-a-girl to me.
