Rory has a real romantic and at the same time tough guy dash about it.
My vote goes to Rory.
btw, I wouldn't use Reilly unless my surname was Irish. The surname Riley can be indigenous English (mainly Lancashire) as well as a variant of Reilly, so that could be considered too, by non-Irish parents.
