Leila
What do you think of this name? Would you like Leilani better?

Leila is a lovely name, but I prefer the spelling Layla. Leilani is also gorgeous, but an entirely different name, so I don't want to compare them.

Leila is exceedingly beautiful and exotic. It makes me think of night in the Middle East. I like that you've chosen this spelling. Lots of people like Layla and Laila, but girls shouldn't have the word "lay" in their names and Laila looks as though it should be prn like Lila.

I like it. I think Leilani is ok but Leila is pretty.

Leila is a great name. So is Leilani. Between the two, I'd say Leila for a real person, Leilani for a character in a story.By the way, I pronounce Leila as "LAY-luh." Is that how you are pronouncing it. I only ask because I met an older woman with this name, but she said, "LEE-luh." I don't care for that pronunciation.

I like them both. I think Leilani is a little nicer, but at the same time, it sounds like a name that you may want to consider more if you are from Hawaii.
