I just came accross this name in "The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood." I kind of like the name. Don't know if it was invented for the book, or if it's an established name. (I suppose I could find out!)

I knew a little girl named Sidda. I always thought it was rather ugly sounding and looking though.

I've read that book. It seems made up to me, but who knows? I havent ever heard it anywhere else.
