Unfortunately, I do think of "pee." I can't get the schoolyard taunts out of my head. It's not at all popular where I live, Northwest, U.S.A.
I do like names like Cassiopea and Penelope. It's just Pia, isolated as it is, is too close to "pee." (Darn those early childhood impressions!)
