I love the sound and look of Anoushka, but I think it's silly as a full name. It'll definitely work on an English girl, since nns-as-fns are already so popular in England. It'll just be kind of one-upping that trend by looking beyond the already-common Rosies & Ronnies.
I like Anouk even more than I like Anoushka. I would prefer either Anouk or Anoushka as a nn to Anna--that would be more original, more endearing, and more flexible for the bearer.
As for the spelling, I stay stick with Anoushka. I think it'll be a challenge for a lot of people to spell, but this does seem to be the most common transliteration of it (at least into English).
