They're doable, but they're a tad contrived - Aldo especially. Aldo is a legitimate name by itself, so there's no need to use it as a nn, and I think Santhy is cuter than Anthy.

Personally, I'm against choosing children's nicknames. I think we choose their names, so they should be allowed to choose their nickname. Maybe Harold will like Aldo, or maybe he'll like just plain ol' Harry, or maybe he'll want to be called Har-Dawg. Let them decide.
