I like Kleio and as it is pronounced in Modern Greek, klee-OH. The ei is a diphthong that is pronounced as ee and the stress is on the O.

I'd pronounce it CLAY-OH. I prefer it to the variant Clio. She's my favorite Muse but I still prefer names of other muses. Calliope and Thalia are just gorgeous. I also think most people would assume it was a form of Cleo.

I think its really cool, but would be more inclined to use the name Cleo, just because I like the simpler spelling. I say them both a KLEE-oh.

I'd pronounce it 'KLAY-oh'. I prefer Cleo, it's simpler, but I'm not a huge fan.
