Brigitte makes me think of Brigitte Bardot. She's not a very nice person, so I wouldn't use it myself.
A lot of Americans will probably think of Liv Tyler when Liv is used on its own, though there's nothing wrong with that. It sounds too much like "live" for me to use, though.
