I really enjoy Ainsley / Ainslie as it has a modern feel, but an older history (my Grandmother had a friend Ainslie who would be close to 100 if she were alive).
Ainsley Paulina has a good flow and while I don't love Paulina, it's very nice in a middle name spot especially if it honours someone.
