No. Because it doesn't make sense. Linda is most known for being a 40s or 50s name, while Madison didn't even chart until 1980s for girls. It would make more sense, in a novel, for a Linda to be a parent of a Madison not the other way around.
It's like saying a Tayla was the mother of a Debra. It might happen, but it's seriously unlikely and it may confuse readers.
