I find the way celebs use naming their kids as a publicity stunt rather aggravating. So I'd be unlikely to use the sort of names they use. And I must say, if I suddenly met a little Shiloh or Harlow I'd strongly suspect that at leas they got the idea from the celeb, even if they aren't actually copying.
