I think both names are great and that both go well with Scarlett Jean (which is also an awesome name). I think I prefer Leo, though it's a very tough call. Actually, I think "Scarlett and Leo" sounds a bit more natural that "Scarlett and Felix," so I suppose I also think the name goes a bit better with your daughter's name. So for me, Leo wins out individually and when paired with Scarlett. You definitely seem to have great taste in names! Congrats and good luck!
