HelpRe: Here's my name list. What names would you use for twins (pls pick 2 girls, 2 boys and your fav combos for each possibility)?

G/G: Lydia and Ella
G/B: Lydia and Elias or Ella and Micah
B/B: Micah and Elias
Combos for girls:
Lydia Melody
Ella Mercy
Combos for boys:
Micah Tobias
Elias Malachi
Personally, I'd only use the nn 'Eli' with these names, and only occasionally. The others don't really seem to need nicknames at all, and I like them better as is.
