I dislike Lilyana, Liliana would look a bit better, but either way, I don't really like the name, it sounds too cutesy.

Violet Patricia
Rose Emmeline (not Emmaline, I prefer this spelling)
Lily Patricia - works very well

Of course not as a sibset of three! I just think Patricia fits with both Violet and Lily. Rose Patricia isn't really that gorgeous.

Lily Emmeline also works, but it sounds a bit too "girly", imo, with the three 'l's and "Lily" and "line" in one name.

I love Lily. I would prefer Lily Catherine

I adore Lily or Lillian, but Lilyana doesn't do anything for me especially that spelling. Maybe Liliana? I would switch around your combos: Lily Catherine would be my choice, but Liliana Hope would be nice as well.

Violet is lovely and you could always say that you're referring to the colour purple so its not as themey, maybe... Patricia is a great middle name and I love that it honours family and I think it does go better with Violet.

I like Rose as in Rosemary nn Romy, on its own its not quite my thing.

I don't care for either combo. I'm not a big fan of Lily/Lilyana.

I think Violet is a better name than Rose, but Rose Patricia makes the better combo over Violet Patricia.
