I pronounce it either STEF-ahn or Stef-AHN and I love it. I know the coolest kid with this name and he was actually born in Germany so it's all the better. Really cool and not too common in America. I dislike it pronounced STEF-en though. It sounds like Stephanie almost and reminds me of a stuffy nose. It's a good German name so I think it should be pronounced somewhat similarly.
