For a more "classic" combo Eleanor Juliana sounds pretty. Since Jill/ Gillian is a version of Juliana the meaning is preserved.

Frida - Frida although I prefer Freya, but since they aren't related names, I don't know if it would work.

I think Eleanor Jillian is very pretty! It has a fresh feeling to it. :)

Eleanor Jillian is beautiful! I prefer the spelling Gillian, but if you're honoring a Jill, obviously Jillian makes more sense. :)

I love Jillian and think it works great as a namesake for Jill. I think the combo Eleanor Jillian works very well.

Eleanor Jillian sounds really sweet. I would say you can use Julia to honor Jillian, but I don't like the sound of Eleanor Julia.
