I like Cora but find Zona horrid. It looks like "zone". And they're a bit too similar-sounding for twins.

I love Cora! Alas, Zona repels me...

I really like Cora, but I don't care for Zona. It means "girdle" in Greek plus I don't really like the way it sounds. I definitely prefer Zora and Zola. As others have mentioned, Corazon simply means "heart" rather than "my heart" or "sweetheart."

There's an Italian name, Caramia, which means "my beloved." Cara and Mia would be nice twin names.

No, in Spanish "corazon" means heart. It is used as a term of endearment, but it is also used as the body part. "mi corazon" means My Heart. Cor/Cora does not mean "my."

Corazon is one of the Spanish words that come from Latin. I don't know what zon means, but I know cor does mean Heart in Latin. So twins Mia and Cora would be like My Heart. Of course, I would be uncomfortable giving anybody a name that meant "mine."

I would stay away from Zona - it means "b*tch" in Hebrew. (Pardon my language - I don't normally use those words!)

Corazon means just heart, and can be used as a term of endearment (sweetheart). Zona might me made fun of because her name means 'zone'. I'd just use Corazon and Dulce (sweet, I've seen it as Dulce Maria), or Azucena (sugar), maybe Carina (close to carino, darling).

Corazon does not mean "my heart" in Spanish. It means simply "heart". Cora means nothing in Spanish, while Zona means "zone". I like Cora and think it's cute, but Zona sounds way too hillbillyish for me.

Like Cora, very simple, pretty and feminine, but not so sure about Zona. I like the connotation of the two, but there is just something lacking with Zona... I just think of the word 'zone'. Zona also means "girdle, belt" in Greek, as well as 'prostitute' in Hebrew, so some negative aspects there.

Don't use Zona! It means "whore" in Hebrew!
