Achilles is interesting, I'm interested in Greek mythology but wouldn't name my kid Achilles.Daxilee is very unusual, I like that one. Olenka sounds to me like it might have some sort of Scandinavian origin. Aksel is like a variant of AXL. (GnR fans maybe?)

Erm, not too many nice things I can say about that set. I like Achilles (although I wouldn't name my child that) and Asika (sp. Asaka). I'm expecially disheartened by Xoie, Daxilee and Cinday (honestly, Cin-day!?).

Where in Hades do people come up with these? I always thought my taste in names was a little off the beaten path, but after surfing name boards & birth announcements I have come to learn how truly horrible some parents can really be. And it makes me think....maybe certain countries aren't so wrong in banning specific names or types of names. I would gladly devote time to compiling the first list of names to be banned from use in the U.S.

Cocona -I'm thinking "cone," "cocoon," and "corona."
Simaila -Nothing like giving your child a name that sounds nearly identical to an impoverished 3rd world nation. (Somalia)
Jinu -Is this Alaskan or Asian?
Calyssa -This isn't looking so bad.
Cinday -Yuckkkk.
Xoie - What the hell is wrong with ZOE?
Roth -I can live with it.
Lecieanna -Sounds like a frilly form of a nasty skin disease, probably b/c the -Leci screams "LICE" to me.
Adeka -Ayucka.
Hondo -Hondo and Honda -boy girl sibset.
Parielle -Sounds like cheap perfume.
