My cousin is Rohan and it's said exactly the same as Rowan / Rowen.I prefer it, personally.You don't instictively know how to say a lot of names at first glance, Rohan as ROW-an isn't that hard to realise. Something like Persephone as per-SEFF-ah-nee is a lot harder.
