Eleanor...
I was looking through everyone's top 5's and I couldn't beleive how many of us have Eleanor listed in our top 5's! Did I miss something and Eleanor has had a resurgance in popularity? Or is it only a BtN popularity that hasn't spilled over into the real world as yet?

Eleanor was 271 in the US in 2007. There were 1240 little girls given this name, not a huge number, but still it was more popular than Miley.

Really??? Wow! Though I'm glad It seems to be only a BtN thing, I really don't want to take it off my list! I'm going to be keeping a close eye on the BA's to make sure though!

I honestly havent seen nearly as many Eleanors as Hannahs and Sophias. I personally think it is a BTN trend.

I have to say, DH and I love the name, and I was shocked to see how popular it is on the board. That said, I got some raised eyebrows when I mentioned it to friends and family as a top contender girl name.
