Caramia
What do you think of Caramia?
If you were to use it as a name what combo would you use?

I like it, but would prefer it for a mn I think.
When I hear this name, I think of Gomez from the Addams' Family: "Caramia!"
Yeah, it might be a little too dramatic for my taste.

I think it is just really sickly sweet and awful to be honest.
How about Carmel or Carmen?
Caramia Helene
Juliet Caramia
Harriet Caramia
Caramia Louise
Hmmm. I'm struggling to make combos because I dislike it so much. Sorry :( I think you need something a bit more grounded and not so frilly to balance it out.

I don't like it all, possibly because I'm Italian and it's just like someone being called "Mydear".
I agree with that as well, even with my very basic Italian skills.
I agree with Murasaki. I speak Italian and this 'name' sounds silly.
I actually kind of like it. I'm just a little put off by the fact that it seems to be two names put together, Cara and Mia. It wasn't until I clicked on that I learned it was actually a name. I love the meaning too.
I would almost split it up, into Cara Mia. That's the legit phrase and plus now you don't need to come up with a mn.

I think of Caramel, but I do really like the meaning
I think that as it is made up of two names that are in actual use, it is harder to pick a second name to go with it
