Felicia
Felicia is really starting to appeal to me, I love how it's used all over the world. WDYT?

I love it and it has been floating through my head a lot lately for some reason. I really like the Spanish pronunciation(s).
Love it.
It's my future sister-in-law's name, and she is just a lovely person. She's also the only Felicia I've ever met, so she's the only association I have with it, and obviously that's very positive.
Plus, it's just pretty, and these days it's unusual too (in the US, at least).

I really like it!
I don't like it much.
I prefer Felicity.
I prefer Felicity.
It's lovely and underused, though I do prefer Felicity myself. I would love to see it used by someone else.
It reminds me of fish and plus I knew a girl who, well, just turned me off to the name completely. I don't like the sound, though I like Alicia ...it's just something about that "f" that bothers me.
Hate it. Met two girls with that name and disliked them both.
I like it a lot, although I like Felicity a teensy bit more. As for Felicia, I like the sound and meaning, as well as its versatility within combos. It's also has an international usage, as you pointed out, which I think makes it a more compelling name choice. It's a very pretty name.
