It's definitely Call-um, first syllable rhyming with "shall". I sort of like it but it's much too popular here (I'm in Scotland). Top ten, I think, certainly top 10 if combined with Calum. Then again, every Calum I know is really nice so my associations are good.

I've never heard it pronounced CALL-um, and it sounds weird to my ear. I like it, I think it's very handsome and strong. I also have it on my PNL

CAL. I know a Callum from Scotland. I never noticed though whether he said CALL or CAL since they're pretty close, it would just depend on your accent as to which one you said. (I have a west coast USA accent)

I pronounce it KAL-um, and I really like it.
