Not a fan.
I love it! But I do tend to love a lot of older aristocratic-type male names, much to my family's displeasure! Both Christopher Ernest and Frederick (this spelling only for me) Ernest are very handsome combos. Ernest Jeremiah is also great.
Ernest is a name I would like to like, but just find I can't. It seems so well, nerdy, and as hard as I try I can't remove that feeling. My father in law is Paul Ernest, and he is a wonderful man, and not at all nerdy.
Incidently, my brother said a while a go if he had a son he would like to name him James Ernie (called Ernie). As much as I would have like to support him in that I just can't come at the name.
Out of your combos, I like Frederik Ernest best, it flows nicely. I think Frederik is a very attractive name.
