I really love both of these names but I do prefer Camilla, mainly because it's easier to spell and pronounce. The only thing that puts me off Camille is the fact that it sounds like "meal". I really loved this name until someone said this to me and now I can't think of anything else. Sorry, but this name is ruined for me now :(
