I like Elisabeth (with an s or a z) but please, whatever you do, don't use the nn Beth - I cannot stand that name! The nn Ellie is very nice.

Elisabeth Anne is a nice combo, but it makes the name too common sounding, imo it would be better coupled with a more non-traditional name.
