Zuzu
Thoughts on this name? I heard it the other day and actually really like it. I looked it up-I think it means 'sweet' in yiddish. Middle name ideas would be appreciated!

Have you seen Futurama? When I read it I hear it in Dr Farnsworth's voice. He had a pet.. gargoyle thing, named Pazuzu.

I know several people with the nickname Zuzu. It's the common Middle-East nick name for Joseph. Doesn't mean I like it! Silly name.

"Zuzu's petals! Zuzu's petals! There they are! How about that! Merry Christmas!"
That's all I can think of when I hear it. It sounds silly to me.

Yeah, I love the movie too. So the fact that Zuzu makes me think of it should be a good thing. But even when watching the movie, I think, "Zuzu? What kind of name is that?" For some reason, I've always thought that Zuzu's full name in the movie is Susan, and that Zuzu is a nickname. I don't know why I think that, though.

I read about a demon name Pazuzu once (not sure if its real or whatever) so I don't like it.

Zusa means "sweet" in Yiddish, and I'm sure Zuzu is an alternate form. I think Zuzu is super cute, quirky, and energetic, but it feels like a NN... perhaps because it reminds me of Lulu (which I also like a lot). Maybe you could use Zusa NN Zuzu? It could also be a NN for Zuzana / Zuzanna or Zuleika.

I like a lot of yiddish names, but I find this childish, to tell the truth. Zusa is cute, though.

It's a bit too... bubbley and cutsey for my taste. But I guess it's ok. If it's any interest to you, I once knew a girl named Ziazan nn Zia. It was... interesting to say the least lol. These are just the combos that popped into my head first, so some are a tad wild:Zuzu Marielle
Zuzu Isadora
Zuzu Jane
Zuzu Jeanne
Zuzu Clementine
Zuzu Esmeralda
Zuzu Mathilde
Zuzu Madeline
Zuzu Christobel
Zuzu Amaryllis
Zuzu Celeste
