I like Emily, but not Blythe. As for Soeren, I much prefer Soren, with a / through the O. The slash makes the first syllable pronounced like the word "sir". I love it, and the philosopher Kierkegaard is a good association for me, but maybe not for everyone.

I'm going to join the others and say that I really like Soren, but Soeren looks laborsome. Emily Blythe is very pretty but a little bland, I think.

I adore......Soren, Sören, and Søren. Soeren looks like the name for a medical condition or something. I mean, it's not bad and the sound is awesome, but it looks... painful to me. :-/Sören is my favorite of the three.

I prefer Soren, which is awesome.I dislike both Emily and Blythe. Emma Bronwen? Bryony Emma?

I prefer the spelling Soren. I think it's a rather interesting name, though I probably wouldn't use it.I love Blythe, but I'm not too fond of the combo Emily Blythe. It flows nicely, but there's nothing exciting about Emily anymore. I guess it's because I know about 10 off the top of my head, so it's just sort of blah now.
