I really like Arthur, it used to be one of my absolute favourte boys names. My combo of choice was Arthur Moses (AM intials are a family thing and I was a bit hooked on them at the time- my top boys names where August Malachi, Addison Micah and Arthur Moses).
I definitley think it works on a modern child. It fits in fine with the other names- Carys sticks out a bit, but I'm not one to get hung up over sibling names going together, so it gets a thumbs up from me.

The aardvark cartoon character just sticks.
I'll be frank here: I don't hate very many names, but Arthur makes the list. Something about the sound of it is just really unappealing. Sorry, but I wouldn't use it at all.
I think its great, and it works well with your other names.
