Re: French young people
Océane Lou Chanel - Océane is a big GP of mine and I love Lou as a nn for Louisa, but Chanel just sounds so tacky to me.
Vanessa Sarina Flora - Too many A endings, imo, but all the names are lovely individually, especially Flora which is a favorite of mine.
Jean-David Bernard Albert Dov Berl (see Berel) - Ooh, it's a mouthful but I love it.
Stéphanie Wedia Marie (ste-fah-nee ve-dyah? we-dyah?) - I'm not a fan of Stephanie, but Wedia Marie is very pretty, regardless of pronunciation.
Sophie Edmonde - Love it!
Galith Sarah (sah-rah) - Galith is raelly interesting and I can tolerate Sarah as a mn. I like this one.
Doris Céline (se-leen) - Not really a fan of either name.
Elanie (e-lah-nee? like Mélanie without a M?) - Too cutesy for a fn, but I'd like it as a nn.
Danaé (dah-nah-e) - Nms.
Armony (ahr-mo-nee, awful spelling of Harmony?) - I like Harmony, but Armony? Not so much.
Edlyne (ed-leen?) - Interesting sound, but I hate how this one looks on paper.
Mélanie Marie-Ange - Cute.
Emmanuelle Yahalom Fortunée (e-man-uy-el) - I adore Emmanuelle, but the other two are nms.
Loredana (lo-re-dah-nah) - Nms.
Eléa (e-le-ah) - Pretty, but all fluff.
Emine - Sounds like "I mean" to me.
Cyrielle (see-ryel) - Too frilly, imo.
