I don't care for Milly in general. It makes me think of Milli Vanilli.
I don't like Millie/Milly as a full name. It is too nicknamey/childish.
Amelia or Emilia would be much better with Milly as a nn. Both Amelia and Emilia are lovely though becoming more popular.
