Pancho!That's probably my favorite one on a boy, nn for Francisco. I also think Carlito is adorable - I can just SEE it on a baby and he'd go by Carlos when he got older. I also love Mira (prn. meera) as a nn for Mirabelle. Bella as a nn for Isabella is ok, but I think I'd call a cat that instead of a baby (if I have a boy-girl pair of kittens, I'd name them Ferdinand and Isabella! ^^).
