I love it, but would only ever pronounce it Kez-EYE-a. To me, having an 'iah' ending only ever produces a EYE-a sound (e.g. Jeremiah, Josiah, etc.), whereas I could understand if the spelling Kezia could be KEZ-ee-ah.
