Adrian?
I'm really on the fence with this name. I like it in theory, but I'm not sure whether I want to keep it on my PNL. Convince me either way, taking it off or keeping it on. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks!

One of my exes -- actually... probably the ex I think the least fondly of -- was named Jared -- and someone told me recently he changed it to Adrian. So I hate the name. Sorry.

I love it for boys. It's a nice classic.

It's perfect. Classic, has handsome refined image but laid back and unpretentious. Keep it on your list because someday your baby's father might not care for Remus or Draco ;-)

I think that Adrian is a great name for a boy; it's been one of my favorites for quite awhile.

It's beautifulIt is so beautiful - ON A BOY! I don't know why I think this about Adrian at all. There is just something so old and sacred and transcendent about how it sounds. One of the best male names in the world, trendy or not.BTW I really don't think Ariana needs to be a GP, as I believe it's in the top 100.

I love Adrian on a boyIt's one of my favourites. I just think it's so handsome. I think it's okay on a girl but only spelled Adrienne. I don't like it nearly as much for a girl as I do for a boy though. So I say you keep it on :)

I'm with you. I like the name in theory and I like the sound but I've never really been drawn to it in any way.

It's my favorite boys' name! While it is a bit on the softer, more feminine side, I think Adrian James really makes it a strong, masculine name. To me, it sounds intellectual and cool. ;) It almost reminds me of Sirius Black - minus the dead, magical, convicted-of-mass-murder part. ;) (But seriously, though... do you know what I mean? Just a really cool, confident, witty guy.)

LOL!! I love it when people make random Harry Potter references!! That made my day, thank you for that comment.

It was pretty high on my list for a while, but it doesn't really "go" with my names anymore, so I dropped it. I still really like it for someone else. It's recognizable but not overdone. I think it is very classy and not feminine.
