I think that's a subtle way of naming your daughter after yourself, which I have no problem with, so long as it's not confusing. As for the name, I too like Harper on a girl, but it's one of the few of those kind of names that I do like, usually I hate surname-y names, especially on girls. Harper is an exception. I also like the name on a boy, but not quite as much.
