Kortney on a boy?
I know a guy named Kortney James and I wanted to know what you think. All my friends think it's weird and I did too at first, but now it's kinda growing on me.
He does go by Kortney though, I asked if he went by James and he said he only uses James when his parents are yelling at him.

No. Not on either.
I love, love Courtney on a boy!
I'm a big gender name switch fan :)

however I avoid all unsex names.
I can't say I would use it. I have knows two male Courtney's, both of whom were very nice gay men, but I never liked their names.
i hate the name, but the spelling makes it ten times worse.
I like Courtney better, but any since it's on a boy, I still like it. It sounds so dated and whiney on a girl.
I had a boyfriend named Courtney, I prefer it on a boy
I know a couple of Male Courtneys it is a unisex name so I dont find it weird at all. I also know males with the names Ashley and Madison
I like Courtney on a boy nn Court. I don't like Kortney on either gender.
I don't care for the spelling but I know a male Courtney and I think it's fine. Like Ashley, I think Courtney is a bit overused and cutesy on girls but I'm much happier to see it on a boy. That said, I don't care for Courtney as much as I do Ashley but I'm also not bothered by the fact that it's a popular name for girls.
Sorry to be so blunt, but Kortney strikes me as a girl who had illiterate parents.
I work with a male Kourtney. I don't know, it never struck me as that strange. I believe that Courtney/Kourtney/Cortney started out as a male name, and maybe that's why I thought nothing of it, even though my niece's middle name is Courtney, and I used to babysit for a little girl with the name.
But yet...Kourtney does sound more feminine than masculine. Maybe part of the reason it seemed natural is that the Kourtney I work with is quite effeminate.
