Well...
English speakers tend to pronounce it with a 'k', while in the Slavic languages (where this name is from) it's 'DAH-nee-tzah'.Here it's a very dated name and only women over 70 have it (like my grandmother's sister).

funny :)Here the name seems very dated as well, but more to the 80's and 90's.... (at the same time names like Tamara, Melissa, Sylvana were very trendy as well here)
