I prefer Vivica - there's a woman from my hometown who's now a famous opera singer named Vivica Genaux (her real name), which I always thought was a hopelessly romantic name.
However, I'm not particularly wild about either Vivica or Viveca (or the original Swedish form Viveka). The sound is not very appealing to me, and I don't like the meaning. (Though the meaning does get a little confused particularly with the spelling Vivica, because it is more immediately reminiscent of the Latin "vivi" - life - than the Germanic "wig" - war - from which it actually derives).
