Archer's Goon

I associate it with the book Archer's Goon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Archer%27s_goon), since that's the only place I've heard it used before. I like it, but I think it would take me a while to get used to it on a real person.
For the interest of name-nerds, in the book, Torquil is part of a sibset of seven: Archer (m), Shine (f), Dillian (f), Hathaway (m), Torquil (m), Erskine (m), and Venturus (m). (A rather bizarre sibset, but it is a kids' fantasy novel. ;-p)
