Ummm yeah great sibset! I think it is neat and I like... the Russianness, and the nickname Vanya. I like it in a sibset with Alexander (the great) and Ivan (the terrible).
I wouldn't be too put off by I T Terrible, there was an Ivan t. Great as well, and I'm sure ITT wasn't THAT terrible.
ETA: My combo was Ivan Ludwig Amadeus, but I also like Ivan Aleksandr / Alexander, for reasons above
