I much prefer Robin for a boy actually. I think Robyn is better for a girl, but I still prefer Robin on a boy.

I love it

I prefer Robin on a boy (as a nickname for Robert). I know a few girl Robyns and much prefer that spelling on a girl. Robin makes me think of Robin Hood and as such, it's all boy to me!

I have a childhood friend who spells it Robyn (the way I prefer) and she's a wonderful, sweet and caring person. Although I don't know how fond she is personally of her name.

It's alright for a girl, but I love it on a boy.

It is a sweet little name, nice. I only like this spelling, although I know a really sweet and amazing Robyn.

I really like it. The few Robin/Robyn's I've known have all been nice, pretty, smart. I think I like Robyn better, though.

I think that is nice better than Roberta...

I prefer it on a boy. But Robyn is more feminine.

I prefer it on a boy. I knew someone who was positive that her child was going to be a boy so she had chosen the name Robin. However, it was a girl so she named her Robyn.

I like Robin on a girl, but I have to say that I prefer Robyn as it's less ambiguously feminine. My brother Robert would have been named Robyn if he'd been a girl (co-incidentally; Mum just happened to like two Rob- names).
