Mavis, Tula, and Twyla

what do you think of these names? Also, a nickname question- does Kitty work as a nn for Caitlin? My family is irish so I like the Caitlin form of Catherine. Personally, I think it works but would like some other opinions! Thanks

I love Mavis. Twyla's growing on me, but it will always have a grating, whining overtone. Tula is pretty, I like it enough but it doesn't excite me.

Kitty works for Caitlin, certainly preferable to Katie or Kate.

Kitty definately works for Caitlin. I really like Kitty as a nick name.

I don't like Mavis, or Tula, though Twyla has grown on me.

None of these three names really appeal to me. Mavis has a certain retor charm, but Tula and Twyla are ugly. I think you'd be able to pull of Kitty for Caitlin.
