I love Isla! It's very feminine and pretty. It is getting trendy though, I'd wait a few years to a decade if I was going to use it. I personally wouldn't use it, the way I'd never use Katharina, even if I love it - I can't look at it without saying EES-lah in my head, instead of EYE-lah. For Katharina, I say KATH-ah-ree-nah instead of kah-tah-REE-nah.Susannah Isla is a bit singsongy, sorry. :(How about Isla Madeleine (MAD-uh-lyn,) Isla Josephine, or Isla Rosalie? Also, if you like Susannah, you could try Isla Suzanne, so it isn't singsongy.
