Makes not a whit of difference, of course, because Mira is still widely known to be a name pronounced MEER-a, and a name pronounced Myra, H or no H, is not conventional.Anyway, IMO people get used to little things like an unconventional pronunciation. It's not ideal because it causes a distraction when people first meet, but good people can keep it from becoming awkward. You don't seem like the sort of person who'd make a compromise on using a conventional name, but I believe you never know for sure what you'd do until you meet the child. I personally wouldn't mind being named Mira pronounced like Myra. Would you? (A sincere question, but rhetorical)
