Diana
I've really started liking Diana recently. My mom's middle name is Diane, but Diane sounds dated to me, while Diana is a little more modern. I know a girl named Diana, too, and she is one of the neatest people I've ever met. I'd prefer to put it in the mn spot but it seems to work a lot better as a fn... see?
Diana Gwendolen
Diana Harmony
Diana Isobel
Diana Jessamine
Diana Jessamy
Diana Melody
Diana Monday
Diana Rosemary
Diana Valentine
Though I did manage to find a couple fns for it:
Alice Diana
Elanor Diana
Felicity Diana
Gwyneth Diana
Sylvie Diana
I really like Diana Valentine (but I like Valentine with everything, honestly) and Sylvie Diana is great. (Sylvie is another new love.) WTYD of those combos? Anyone have any to add, especially with Diana in the mn slot? Oh, and WDYT of Colette and Diana as a hypothetical sisterset?

I prefer Diane, but Diana Rosemary is nice.
All of the Diana's I have known have been super lovely people. I think a lot of people dislike the name because of the Die sound at the beginning (But I think the Roman Goddess association is fabulous!)
How about:
Ariel Diana
Arwen Diana
Rosemarie Diana
Sophie Diana
Diana Lenore
Diana Pearl
Diana Nicole
I'm not so into Colette, but the two names do sound pretty together.

Dinah is fine for someone else, but it reminds me too much of "I've Been Workin' on the Railroad." I used to sing it all the time, and whenever the part with Dinah came up I'd picture a dinosaur in the kitchen of a train cooking while a guy played the banjo. Unfortunately, I can't really seem to shake that deeply engrained mental picture.
Some of the combos are nice, it's a shame Diana reminds me of Lady Diana, whom I've never liked much. I also like it better as pronounced in Latin languages as Dee-ana rather than the English way as Day-ana.
I might prefer Diane actually. Otherwise, Diana Monday, Diana Valentine Alice Diana and Sylvie Diana are gorgeous as combos.

I've actually never heard anyone pronounce it as day-ANA. I've only ever heard it pronouced dye-ANNA.
Thanks. :)
Thanks. :)

I like Diana quite a bit. It has a great history and is a beautiful strong name. Diana and Colette sound great as hypothetical sisters.
Alice Diana and Elanor Diana are both gorgeous. I also love Diana Harmony, Diana Jessamine and Diana Valentine.

Annabel Diana
Xanthe Diana
Olive Diana

Oh wow, I really like all of them! What a lovely list! My favorites are:
Cecily Diana
Josephine Diana
Madeline Diana (if pronounced MAD-a-lyn; I don't like the MAD-a-line pron. with Diana because of the long I sounds in both names)
Annabel Diana (I kind of like the repetition here)
Diana Belphoebe
Chloe Diana
Arwen Diana
Lenore Diana
Marie Diana
Thanks so much!

I kind of like Diana Isobel but I prefer it as a mn. Alice Diana is a really nice combo.
(Ah! I just can't stop myself from singing Oh Diana by Paul Anka:) )
